Delegate Management To An AccountExec
Posted by Lee Blakely on 16 May 2014 09:52 AM

Godaddy will allow you to delegate administative access for a group of domains to another person without giving them full access to your account. This is a great way to let Reliable Penguin manage your domains while still maintaining you security and privacy. Here's the starting point:

http://www.godaddy.com/account/accountexec.aspx

The steps to use this feature are:

1. Create folders of domains. Add any number of domains to a single folder... even include domains in more than one folder.

2. Send an AccountExec invitation. Go to My Account -> Settings -> Account Administrator and you'll see a form where you can invite Reliable Penguin. Just use "support@reliablepenguin.com" as the email address.

3. After Reliable Penguin accepts the invitation, assign the "Admin" roles to domain folders.

Contact Reliable Penguin support if you need assistance with this procedure.
